Yes, the City of Sheboygan Falls requires all annual dog licensing be completed by February 28th of each year for the current year. Failure to obtain a license by February 28th deadline will result in a $5.00 late fee. All dog licenses expire December 31st of each year. A current Rabies must be presented before license can be issued.
The Wisconsin Statues (sections 95.21(2), 174.05, and 174.07(1)(b) require all dogs that are 5 months old or older to be licensed. The owner of the dog must obtain a license annually prior to April 1st, or on or before the date the dog became 5 months of age.
Fees:
- Neutered/Spayed: $10.00
- Unneutered/Unspayed: $15.00
- Late fee: $5.00
Can I dispose of old prescription drugs at the Sheboygan Falls Police Department?
Yes, there is a green Prescription Drug Drop Box located in our 24- hour lobby. This is for prescription pills only. It should not be used for liquids, biohazards or sharps/needles. Please keep prescription in the original container to help for proper disposal or place in plastic bag (no loose pills).

We do not assist in animal/rodent removal unless the animal would be an immediate threat or danger to people in the area. We recommend you contact a Pest Control agency or a landlord /apartment manager for assistance in removing the animal.

Yes, but there are regulations:
- Person may only burn firewood
- Fire “pit” or “burner” must not be closer than 20 feet to any building, structure or wood pile
- Diameter of Fire “pit” or “burner” shall not be greater than 36 inches
- Burning must be done under adult supervision
- Burning is permitted only from 4pm until 11 pm
Minors under the ages hereinafter set forth shall not, either on foot or in a vehicle, be upon the public streets, highways, roads, alleys, parks, playgrounds, or other public grounds, public places, public buildings, places of amusement and entertainment, vacant lots, or other unsupervised places in the City of Sheboygan Falls between the hours of:
(a) For minors under sixteen (16) years of age: 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
(b) For minors sixteen (16) through seventeen (17) years of age: 12:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m.
This section shall not apply to a minor:
- Accompanied by his or her parent, legal guardian, or other adult person having care and legal custody of the minor;
- Traveling directly to or from an organized adult-supervised school or other locally recognized function, if such minor is en route directly from said function or directly home; or
- Traveling either en route directly to said employment or directly home.

Dogs are allowed in all city parks but must stay on walking paths/sidewalks and are to be maintained on a leash, not to exceed 8 feet.
